Estudo ciência da computação e pesquiso a relação entre tecnologias de informação e comunicação, inteligência artificial e direitos humanos. Sou consultor de tecnologia para pesquisas acadêmicas e investigações de ONGs em temas ligados a direitos civis, transparencia, anti-corrupção, segurança digital, estado de direito e democracia. Fui fellow na Dejusticia, através do programa Tech Exchange do Media Democracy Fund.

- Fundei A WOWPerations, especializada em otimização de sites WordPress
- Criei a plataforma superlumina» e outros projetos em diferentes estágios de decomposi… sucesso.
- Fui um dos fundadores (junto com a maravilhosa Beth Vieira) de um site sobre sexualidade e comportamento que esteve no ar entre 2007 e 2016, o A Vida Secreta – Sexualidade e Erotismo, uma das coisas que mais gostei e tenho orgulho de ter feito na vida.

Celso Bessa is pronounced asdsɛwsʊ bɛ:sa
I research the relationship between information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence and human rights. I am a technology consultant for academic research and NGO investigations on topics related to civil rights, transparency, anti-corruption, digital security, rule of law and democracy. I was a fellow at Dejusticia through Media Democracy Fund Tech Exchange program.
